Buffet-style lunches and 4-course sit-down service dinners, Sunday Pizza Cruises in Juy, Champagne Brunches buffet-style, Private Charter parties, Scenic excursions (no meal) and moonlight cruises with live entertainment…..A large variety of cruises aboard a 24 x 60 turn-of-the-century steamboat replica, the WW Durant, in a booming tourist area. Meals,by reservation only, are prepared on shore and carried down to the ship using standard catering equipment. For buffet-style meals, food items are loaded into chafing dishes; for dinner cruises meals are plated and served from the galley. Maximum seating capacity of 64 in dining room for sit-down service, 56 for buffet-style, 100 for scenic excursions.

SALARIES: Negotiable; at least minimum wage ($7.15/hr in 2007)
