Entree

We offer 5 entree choices. All entrees served with a carbohydrate, often garlic smashed potatoes (most people’s favorite). Choose one entree from these:

  • Grilled Coriander-encrusted Atlantic Salmon, with a Fruit Salsa ($62)
  • Airline breast of chicken (meaning the wing is attached for flavor and presentation), sauteed, and served with a sardi sauce. ($62)
  • Certified Angus Beef. We need to know how you want it cooked. ($67)
  • One of two chef’s specials ($67)
  • Vegetarian option available upon request ($67)

  • Boneless, skinless breast of duck, grilled,served with sardi sauce (glaze of Dijon mustard, brown sugar, red wine)
  • Chilean Sea Bass with a lemon beurre blanc
  • Citrus Seared Sea Scallops over a bed of Angel Hair pasta with an herbed scampi sauce
  • New Zealand rack of Lamb, rubbed with Mediterranean spices and served with a mint-infused Cabernet reduction sauce
  • Fresh Yellowfin Ahi Tuna, sesame seared ,served with a marinated cucumber salad and East Meets West spicy dipping sauce
  • Balsamic marinated, w/ whole grain mustard Flank Steak with brandy sauce au poivre
  • Cocoa & chili rubbed pork tenderloin with an espresso poivre
  • Apple-stuffed bone-in pork loin with a red onion confit
  • Ossobuco-cross-cut pork shanks brasied with vegetables, white wine and broth
  • Halibut, grilled and served with a buerre blanc
  • Fall-off-the-bone pork spare ribs w/ traditional seasonings & a root beer-based BBQ sauce
  • Half rotisserie chicken, rosemary brined, grilled & roasted & served w/ natural pan juices
  • Mahi Mahi with grilled pineapple jam
  • Asian-inspired pork belly, braised, with saki, soy & ginger…slightly spicy
  • Veal Delmonico chop, peppercorn-encrusted with whole grain mustard cream sauce

Dessert

Strawberry Shortcake through Sunday July 16 (while strawberries abundant, lush & in-season) or Raquette Lake Cheesecake.  Starting July 18 seasonal fruit (Peach Melba as soon as peaches ripe) or Tiramisu (an Italian trifle with Lady Fingers soaked in coffee & spirits & layered with custard). Labor Day through Columbus Day Maple Creme Brûlée or Apple Crisp a la mode.

Choose between a traditional dinner cruise (Tues, Thurs, Sat) or an intimate dining experience (Sun or Wed).

Traditional Dinner cruises begin Tuesday, June 27, 2017 ($62-$67 pp inclusive)

  • Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights through July and August and Sunday nights of July 4th and Labor Day weekends.  Plus Sat nights September through Columbus Day weekend.
  • Maximum banquet-style seating of 8 tables of 8 (64)
  • We do make a map of the dining room per the reservation sheet so parties of 8 or fewer are not split up. If your group numbers more than 8 we will try to seat you as close to each other as possible, say across the aisle. But you’ll all be together during cocktail hour on the upper deck and during dessert on upper deck (weather permitting)
  • Board 4:30-5:30 (July & Aug);  Board 4:30-5:00 ( Sept & Oct)
  • Sail 5:30-8:30 (July & Aug);  Sail 5:00-8:00 (Sept & Oct)

Intimate Dining Cruises begin Wednesday, June 28, 2017 ($80 pp inclusive)

  • Sunday and Wednesday nights during the summer (except July 4 and Labor Day holiday weekends)….
  • Last Intimate Dining is Wed Aug 30
  • Guaranteed private table
  • Fewer reservations taken- so a quieter cruise, more leisurely pace
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Board 5:00-6:00
  • Sail 6:00-9:00

Friday Night Prime Rib Buffet Dinner Cruises begin June 26, 2017 ($52 pp)

  • Most Mondays and Fridays in July and August through Labor Day weekend
  • Maximum seating 56 (7 tables of 8 people)
  • Banquet style seating
  • Certified Angus Beef at the carving station
  • Chef’s choice of one other protein, carb, 1 veggies, salad, fruit, baguettes & butter, dessert
  • Appetizers to enjoy on upper deck during cocktail hour available at additional cost
  • $52 pp ages 12 and older; $26 pp under 12 years
