We’ve known Erin since she was 10 years old! She graduated from Long Lake CS and went on to graduate from Johnson & Wales Culinary School in Rhode Island. A chef in her own right, she worked as our sous chef the year Chef Jim’s daughter Avery was born, 201o. Good thing! Capable and qualified, Chef Erin handled all of the catering obligations for RLN while Chef Jim and wife Elaine were in Utica at St. Luke’s having a baby! Now she’s a mom herself! Teagan is 2 years old. Up from Charlotte, North Carolina for a relative’s wedding, of course Erin wanted to come on our father’s day cruise! So glad to see her!
