Chef Jim Pohl, a 2003 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, has worked in the seasonal family business with the culinary staff since he was a boy. To his list of restaurant experiences he includes working in Clearwater Beach, Florida, New Orleans, Las Vegas and Rochester. Chef Jim is responsible for creating and executing all menus on the boat, including supervising the culinary staff, ordering all food from purveyors and monitoring inventory.
