We’re in awe of our awesome staff who plan and execute these amazing pairing menus. This Friday, August 12, it’s a Dr. Frank Pairing Dinner Cruise with this menu:
Course 1- Szechuan seared Ahi tuna with lemongrass pickled cucumber- Paired with Rkatsiteli
Course 2- Mulligatawny (curried cream of chicken soup)- Paired with Semi- Dry Riesling
Course 3- Pennsylvania Amish peach caprese salad- Paired with Gruner Veltliner
Course 4- New Zealand rack of lamb with plum jam and cinnamon smashed potatoes- Paired with Merlot
Course 5- Sour cherry tart with clove crust- Paired with Chateau Frank Célèbre Rosé

Then on Wed September 7 we’ve scheduled a Montezuma Winery pairing luncheon cruise 11-1 pm with this menu:
Course 1: September salad paired with Pear Perfection
Course 2: Pork tenderloin or stuffed pork chop paired with
Cardinal Cherry Apple
Course 3: Cranberry Apple Crisp a la mode paired with Cranberry Bog
The Montezuma wines are made with real fruit- not just flavorings. The fruit is fermented to turn into wine! This promises to be delicious!
